Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:
- Support the overall talent acquisition strategy for Monarch Center for Autism, including the sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates across programs.
- Positively represent the Monarch Center at community and college events to provide for the recruitment and attraction of qualified candidates to the Agency.
- Leverage online recruiting resources, databases, social media outlets, searches, and related resources to identify and recruit passive candidates.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to passive candidates about the Agency and potential opportunities.
- Regularly review the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen and schedule candidate interviews.
- Assist with reviewing and sourcing licensed roles.[MT1] [AP2]
- When necessary, support the hiring across Bellefaire JCB, Wingspan Care Group, and other affiliate agencies.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in State-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
- Regularly track pipeline activity and prepare reports as needed.
- Maintain all online job postings, including conducting reviews to determine the best job posting boards.
Community Outreach:
- Market "Care Pathways" for direct admissions to Bluestone.
- Establish relationships with emergency departments (EDs) to expand medical clearance partnerships.
- Conduct visits to various locations, including counties throughout Northeast Ohio, hospitals/EDs, MRSS Providers, Residential Services, and Dayton Children’s, to expand existing relationships.
- Facilitate relationships with county DCFS and juvenile court entities throughout the State of Ohio to expand Bluestone’s referral pipeline.
- Connect with the same systems in neighboring states to create a network of providers who understand the benefits of utilizing Bluestone.
- Utilize community collaboratives and other sources to develop and ensure referrals for Bluestone.
- Plan, strategize, identify and report trends and service needs from and about prospective customers.
- Maintain contact with key sources through face-to-face meetings, phone, mail, e-mail or other electronic media, in order to keep agencies informed of potential opportunities.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision and on-going training.
- All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
- Respect the privacy of clients and applicants and hold in confidence all information obtained during the application/employment process.
- All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
- Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline required.
- Licensure: None
- Skills/Competencies:
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communications skills.
Ability to present new recruiting concepts to leadership and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to command the respect of senior level leaders and hiring managers.

- Experience: 5 years experience in the Behavioral health or social service field required. Sale experience is preferred
