Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier candidates for a diverse range of current and future roles across Wingspan Care Group and our affiliate agencies. Your Impact: As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of building our exceptional team. You will:

  • Build robust talent pipelines that proactively address future needs and immediate vacancies, ensuring our agencies are always staffed with top talent who are dedicated to our mission.
  • Serve as a passionate brand ambassador, captivating potential candidates with compelling insights into our collaborative culture and the meaningful work of our partner agencies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their unique needs, enabling you to identify and attract candidates who will thrive in their roles and contribute to our success.

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Experience:  1-3 years’ work or internship experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.
  • Skills:           
    • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
    • Knowledge and extensive past use of server-based applicant tracking system.
    • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communications skills.
    • Ability to present new recruiting concepts to leadership and hiring managers.
    • Demonstrated ability to command the respect of senior level leaders and hiring managers.
    • Ability to travel as required.
    • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
    • Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and demonstrate ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes and abilities.
    • Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
    • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
    • Intermediate knowledge in using Agency computer systems, internet, email and other software as required to perform essential job functions, including ability to mine online databases.
Salary is $52,000 - $62,000 annually
