Position Summary: The Human Resources & Benefits Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Total Rewards, HR staff, and employees across Wingspan Care Group and its affiliates. This position requires excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while prioritizing their workload. The HR Benefits Coordinator networks, builds relationships, and provides primary administrative support while working on other projects as assigned.
